Do you want to make a difference by playing an active role in the life of a sports club?

If so, you’ve come to the right place. The ATV zu Berlin 1861 e.V. is one of the largest clubs in Berlin and has more than 3,000 members who come to us to practice sports. We need you if we are to keep the community as diverse and vibrant as it currently is! You can get involved as a helper at events as well as in the actual sports activities.

Open House / Games and Sports Festival

Volunteer support

Hello,

Our Open House will take place on Sunday, June 2nd, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We need your support to make it a great event!

You can volunteer at various times:

Saturday, 01.06.2024 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
We need 6 volunteers to assist with: setting up the swimming area, laying water pipes, preparing the stalls, and many small tasks.

Sunday, 02.06.2024 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
We need 4 volunteers to assist with: setting up the stalls, preparing for catering.

11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We need 6 volunteers to assist with: supervising the stations, catering.

These are not difficult or physically demanding tasks, but every visitor will appreciate having someone at each station to guide them. Stations include activities such as target throwing, measuring long jumps, counting rope jumps, and much more.

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
We need 4 volunteers to assist with: taking down the setup.

If you can't help in person, we would appreciate a cake donation. Since we don't have large cooling facilities, the cake should be one that can stand outside for a while. You can also let us know about your donation through the registration tool.
